Joe retired from the New York City Police Department in 1980, and then moved with Connie and their 3 children to Plano Texas. Joe licensed since 1980, has achieved the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR, (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations, as well as holding a Brokers license, and from time to time works as a Commissioner on the Collin County Commissioners Court. Connie received her salesperson license 1985. Their hard work has credited them with titles of Hall of Fame, 100% Club, and Platinum Club, and being in the Top 1% of Realtors in the United States. With each having over 20 years experience in Real Estate, The Martins have developed a solid reputation and a proven track record in Collin County, Dallas County and the surrounding suburbs. The Martins migrated to the North Texas area in 1980. They have three children; Joe Jr., is a physician specializing in Hematology/Oncology in Tyler TX. He lives in Tyler with his wife Janet, an active stay at home Mom and our 3 wonderful grandchildren. Our son Kevin, is an Investor Services Manager, for Macfarlan Capital Partners, L.P., recently married a wonderful girl Tami, a Technology Integration Specialist for the Coppell School District, and our daughter Jennifer, a Real Estate Licensee, currently a stay at home Mom raising our fourth grandchild, occasionally helps with real estate tasks, lives in Plano, and is married to our wonderful Scottish son in law, Mark, a COO with FusionBridge a leading ERP and Management Consulting firm.
